How we work together

Bisible is a brand operated by Deeper Apps LLC. In these terms, “Bisible,” “we,” and “us” refer to Deeper Apps LLC. Bisible is a done-for-you website service. We design, build, and manage websites around how your business gets found, receives inquiries, and serves customers. You do not need to use a self-service website builder or create an account to discuss a project.

These terms explain the general conditions for our website and services. Paid work begins only after we agree a written proposal or service agreement. That agreement identifies the contracting parties, scope, price, and delivery arrangements. Booking a call or trying a portfolio example does not place an order or start a paid subscription.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business commissioning the work. Your accepted project agreement takes priority over these general terms if they conflict. An agreed data-processing agreement governs processing on your behalf.

02

What is included

Your proposal describes what we will deliver. Depending on your business, this may include website design and development, lead capture, booking or reservation connections, follow-up workflows, an AI FAQ assistant, ongoing maintenance, or search and discoverability work.

These are available capabilities, not a promise that every project includes every feature. Search optimization, ongoing content, advertising, integrations, and growth services are included only when listed in the agreed scope. Website demonstrations and branded design previews show possibilities, not a standard package, confirmation of a client relationship, endorsement by a displayed brand, or evidence of business results.

03

Scope, changes, and approval

We agree the requirements, deliverables, review stages, and included revisions before work starts. New pages, integrations, content, or substantial changes outside that scope may need a revised quote and timeline. We agree additional paid work with you before carrying it out.

You agree to provide timely content, access, feedback, and approvals. Delivery dates depend on those inputs and any third-party services involved. Delays or changes may affect the schedule.

We ask for your approval before the initial public launch. Please review business details, prices, claims, imagery, contact routes, and customer journeys. Ongoing maintenance and updates follow the authorization and review arrangements in your service agreement; initial approval is not blanket permission for unrelated changes.

04

Build fees and monthly care

The build fee, deposit or milestone payments, taxes, and payment dates are set out in your quote. Ongoing care is a separate recurring service when agreed, with its own fee, inclusions, billing period, and cancellation terms.

Hosting, domains, email, AI usage, messaging, booking tools, and other third-party services can carry separate charges or limits. Your proposal explains which are included, which you pay directly, and how additional usage is handled. We do not enroll you in a recurring service simply because you contact us.

Renewal, refunds, early cancellation, and fees for completed work or committed third-party costs follow your accepted agreement and applicable law. We do not promise unlimited edits, unlimited AI usage, or round-the-clock support unless expressly agreed.

05

Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of the materials you supply. You give Bisible permission to use, adapt, host, and publish them as needed to carry out your agreed project and instructions. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to logos, photographs, text, testimonials, trademarks, and personal information you supply or approve.

Material found on a public website, business listing, or social profile is not automatically free to reuse. We need appropriate publication rights. Business claims must be supported by reliable evidence or your confirmation, and must not mislead visitors.

You remain responsible for your business's services, prices, regulatory requirements, customer commitments, and fulfillment. Tell us promptly when information or an approved workflow needs to change.

06

AI, chat, and automatic follow-up

AI and automation can help answer common questions, route inquiries, and respond faster. Their information sources, permitted actions, escalation routes, and usage limits must be agreed for the project. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong, so important decisions and uncertain answers need an appropriate human review or handoff.

A request is not a confirmed booking, payment, or service appointment unless the connected system actually confirms it. The fictional Everstead homepage example uses simulated interactions only and does not contact a business, dispatch a technician, or reserve real availability. Full-site branded design previews, including Silentis Atelier, do not submit payments, orders, reservations, or messages, or connect to a live AI assistant.

The full-site preview is self-contained. Its controls do not open external shop, social, or contact destinations. Bisible's own call and email options elsewhere on the website are separate from the preview; any external scheduling service has its own terms and policies.

Portfolio shopping assistants and related bag, fit, reminder, and order-help tools use predefined sample scenarios. They are not live AI advice, stock checks, purchase offers, customer support, or actions on a real order. Sample sizes and prices are illustrative.

Standard assistants are not emergency services or qualified medical, legal, or financial advisers. Sensitive-data processing and regulated workflows require separate assessment. Outbound follow-up must respect applicable consent, messaging, and opt-out requirements; engaging Bisible does not give permission to send unsolicited messages.

07

Privacy and customer information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle inquiries and project information. Where we process your customers' information on your instructions, the project agreement and any required data-processing agreement set out the responsibilities.

We agree the collection fields, destinations, access, and retention arrangements for each workflow. You are responsible for the notices, permissions, and lawful use required for your business, with Bisible implementing the measures included in the agreed scope. Do not supply sensitive customer records or access credentials through general contact forms or portfolio demos.

08

Website ownership and handoff

Your proposal sets out ownership or licensing of custom deliverables, when rights take effect, and what files, accounts, and access are included in handoff. Subject to agreed payment and third-party rights, you may use the delivered website for the business covered by the project.

Bisible retains its pre-existing tools, reusable components, workflows, design systems, and underlying technology. Third-party software, fonts, imagery, and services remain subject to their own licenses. A custom website project does not transfer ownership of those materials.

Use of your name, logo, project, or results in Bisible's portfolio requires your permission or a specific provision in your agreement. AI-generated materials may not be unique or eligible for exclusive intellectual-property protection.

09

Domains, hosting, and support

We agree who controls the domain and connected accounts, who pays renewals, and what hosting, backups, monitoring, updates, and support are included. Keep your business contact and billing details current and provide authorized access when it is needed.

Third-party providers have their own terms, charges, availability, and limits. Changes or outages can affect your site or integrations. We handle issues within the agreed support scope; uninterrupted uptime, fixed response times, recovery targets, and compatibility with future provider changes are not guaranteed unless covered by an express service commitment.

10

Business results and service limits

Our goal is to help you get found, receive more inquiries, and make it easier for customers to book or buy. Results also depend on your offer, market, competition, traffic, budget, and how your business handles customers. We do not guarantee rankings, AI-search mentions, lead volume, revenue, conversion rates, or that no inquiry will ever be missed.

We will carry out agreed work with reasonable care and skill. AI output and third-party services can still contain errors or become unavailable. Any project-specific warranties, remedies, and limits of liability must be set out in the accepted agreement and are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11

Ending or pausing work

Cancellation notice, outstanding fees, any refunds, transition assistance, and the return or deletion of project information follow the agreed contract. Before ending hosting or an ongoing service, we should agree how the site, domain, integrations, and relevant records will be handed over or closed. Moving providers may involve separate work and charges.

We may pause work or affected services for non-payment, unauthorized access, unlawful content, a serious security risk, or a material breach. Where practical, we give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent protective action may be needed where waiting would create harm.

You may not use our website or services for fraud, spam, infringement, unlawful discrimination, malware, or attempts to bypass security. Payment obligations for agreed work, applicable licenses, confidentiality, and data-handling obligations can continue after an engagement ends.

12

Questions and changes to these terms

Tell us promptly if something is wrong so we can work toward a resolution. Your written project agreement will identify Deeper Apps LLC as the contracting entity and set out governing law and any dispute arrangements; mandatory rights under applicable law are preserved.

We may update these general terms as our services develop and will show the effective date above. A website update does not silently change the price, scope, or other terms of an existing signed agreement. Material contractual changes follow that agreement and applicable law.
