Who this policy is for

Bisible is a brand operated by Deeper Apps LLC. In this policy, “Bisible,” “we,” and “us” refer to Deeper Apps LLC. We build and manage custom websites and useful business tools, such as inquiry forms, booking connections, automated follow-up, and AI assistants. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us.

You do not need an account to explore our services or discuss a project. Deeper Apps LLC is responsible for how it uses its own inquiry, client, and business-administration records. Information we handle on a client's behalf is explained separately below.

02

Information we work with

  • Inquiries and conversations. Your name, business, contact details, website or social profile, project requirements, and messages you choose to send us.
  • Project materials. Brand assets, website content, business details, feedback, approvals, and the access permissions needed to carry out the agreed work.
  • Public business information. Relevant details from your existing website, Google business listing, maps, or social profiles that we review for your project. Public availability does not automatically give us permission to republish someone's content.
  • Business records. Proposals, agreements, invoices, billing contacts, payment status, and support correspondence. If a payment service is used, it handles the payment details supplied to it under its own privacy notice.
  • Technical records. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, error logs, and session details to deliver and protect the site.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, medical records, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information through a general inquiry or demo. We agree any necessary secure access or specialist data handling separately.

03

Contact options and portfolio demos

The current homepage does not collect inquiry details through a form. Where an email option is available, it opens your email application; you still need to send your message. Bisible receives the information you choose to send, not anything entered in a portfolio demonstration.

A booking link takes you to the external scheduling service shown at that destination. Information you enter there is handled by that service and is shared with us as needed to arrange your call. Its own privacy notice also applies.

The Everstead Plumbing & Air example on our homepage is a fictional, interactive demonstration. Its booking, chat, and follow-up interactions use sample choices held in browser memory. They do not make real reservations, send messages, or connect you to a live AI assistant. Reloading the page resets them.

Full-site branded design previews, including Silentis Atelier, may show real business names, approved photography, and self-hosted video. They demonstrate website design, not a live shop or customer service. Preview controls do not submit payments, orders, reservations, or messages, and do not connect to a live AI assistant. A displayed brand does not itself imply its endorsement of Bisible or establish a client relationship.

The full-site preview is self-contained. Its controls keep you within the design and do not open external shop, social, or contact destinations. Bisible's own call and email options remain separate from the preview, as described above.

Shopping-assistant replies, fit guidance, bag items, reminder previews, and order details in the portfolio are predefined examples held only in browser memory. There is no free-text chat or contact form in these demonstrations. No model provider, shop, or messaging service receives the choices you make; reloading the preview resets them.

04

Why we use information

We use information to understand your business, answer questions, prepare a quote, deliver and support agreed work, obtain approvals, manage billing, and keep our systems reliable and secure.

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on taking steps you request before a contract or fulfilling our contract with you; our legitimate interests in communicating with business contacts, operating and securing our services, and keeping necessary records; legal obligations; or consent where required. Our interests do not override your applicable rights.

Providing inquiry details is your choice, but we may not be able to respond or deliver a project without the relevant contact and business information. You can ask us to stop promotional messages without stopping essential project or billing communications.

05

AI tools and service providers

We may use AI tools to help research a business, draft content, create design assets, build websites, or deliver features agreed for a client project. Relevant project material may be processed by those providers. AI output needs review and is not automatically an approved fact, business decision, or instruction to publish.

We also use providers for hosting, storage, communications, security, and, where needed, scheduling, payments, domain management, and other agreed integrations. Access should be limited to what is needed for the task. Provider retention and processing practices depend on the service, settings, and contract; ask us about the providers relevant to your project.

We may disclose information where legally required, to protect people or our rights, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Approved website content becomes public when it is published; private project correspondence is not website content.

06

Your customers’ information

If a client website collects leads, booking requests, or chat messages, the client generally decides why that information is collected and how it is used. Where Bisible handles it on the client's instructions, we act as its service provider or data processor, as applicable, rather than treating those visitors as our own marketing contacts.

The project agreement and any required data-processing agreement set out our responsibilities, access, providers, and return or deletion arrangements. The client site must have privacy information and choices that reflect its actual features. This policy does not replace that notice.

If your request concerns a business website we built, contact that business first. We can help the client respond where our services are involved. Sensitive-data collection, regulated advice, and decisions with significant effects on individuals require separate assessment and are not part of a standard FAQ or lead-follow-up setup.

07

Cookies and browser storage

You can browse the public service pages without signing in. Essential session or security cookies may still be used, including where you have previously used a restricted Bisible workspace. Removing a public login link does not itself erase existing account or session records.

The homepage Everstead demonstration does not use persistent browser storage. Full-site portfolio previews are displayed in sandboxed frames that prevent access to persistent browser storage. Their video and preview runtime are hosted by Bisible, without additional provider tracking. Where optional Google Analytics is configured, it stays off until you choose to accept analytics. We use it to understand visits to our public pages and clicks on our real call and email links—not messages, form contents, private workspaces, or portfolio demo activity. A link click is not a confirmed booking or a received inquiry. Google may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details when its analytics service is enabled.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser for up to six months. Analytics cookies may be set after acceptance. You can reject analytics or withdraw your choice using “Analytics preferences” on a public page; withdrawal disables tracking and reloads the page to unload the tag. The site does not use advertising pixels. External booking and other linked services have their own cookie practices.

08

Keeping information safe

We keep inquiries while they are relevant to a business conversation and project information while it is needed to deliver and support the work. Retention also depends on accounting and legal obligations, security needs, contractual commitments, and the time needed to resolve disputes. We may retain limited records after a project ends for those purposes.

Client customer data follows the agreed project instructions and provider retention settings. Backups and security logs may expire on a different schedule from active records. Ask us for the retention arrangements that apply to your project.

We use access controls and other safeguards intended to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Our team and providers may process information in countries other than yours. Transfer requirements and any necessary safeguards depend on the services and countries involved; contact us for the arrangements relevant to your information.

09

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, a portable copy, or restrictions on its use. You may also object to certain processing, including direct marketing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing before that point.

Privacy requests: brandonhn002@gmail.com. You may also use your existing Bisible project contact. We may need to verify your identity and may need to retain some information to meet legal obligations. You can also raise a complaint with the privacy regulator where you live or work, where that right applies. No account or paid service is required to make a privacy request.

Questions and policy updates

Bisible's service is intended for adult business representatives, not children. Please contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can address it.

We update this policy when our services or information practices change and show the effective date above. For material changes, we provide additional notice where required.
